The room had the sink right inside, which was a bit unusual but kinda cool. the location was awesome, super convenient with a train station nearby for easy exploring 🚆.

Helpful staff and newly decorated rooms, we had a quite comfortable experience. There were central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel TV in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. It was really close to Cinque Terre and the centre of la spezia, particularly good and magnificent location overall. There was L'osteria della Corte very close to the hotel. Everything was brand-new and met our needs: D

The room was equipped with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. the food offered had a wide range of options. - the location of Marla Rooms in La Spezia was exceptionally nice, being close to restaurants, Cinque Terre, other cities, the center of La Spezia, and the train station.

The location near the train station. No late check-in fee. Marla and her husband were very helpful and friendly. Clean and new room with all necessary amenities. Convenient for visiting Cinque Terre

We had a great stay at a conveniently located accommodation just a few minutes away from the train station. The room was immaculately cleaned and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff, including the cleaning lady, were extremely friendly and charming. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

Our stay at Marla Rooms was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring Cinque Terre, as it was just a short walk from the train station. The room, although small, had a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find a store room for our luggage and a small fridge stocked with cold drinks. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. we had everything we needed and a great experience.
